Coronavirus: Latest Updates and Procedure
While nationwide COVID-19 cases are declining and mask mandates are being lifted, we still want to emphasize how important it is to keep you and your families safe. We ask that you continue to practice social distancing, wear protective face coverings indoors (optional), and stay current on your flu shots, vaccines, and/or COVID-19 testing.
We are open Monday – Friday, from 7:30 am – 4:30 pm. Although the mask mandate on JBA has lifted as of 2 March 2022, we still encourage visitors to take the necessary safety precautions when entering the building such as temperature check and sanitizing.
Our maintenance teams are continuing to complete urgent, emergency, and life health and safety work orders. We are still screening any routine work orders that are received to determine if the work order can be addressed remotely or through the delivery of a replacement part.
Before entering your home, our maintenance technicians will ask you qualifying questions to identify any potential risk of exposure to this COVID-19 virus. In addition, they will wear gloves and a mask or other face-coverings to help protect everyone involved.
We miss seeing all of our residents due to postponing our in-person resident events and activities and we look forward to planning in-person events as COVID restrictions lift. Follow us on our social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and our Resident Portal for event notices, contests, giveaways, games, and other fun in-person and online activities for you to enjoy!
We are happy to announce that all playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts are now open. The Welcome Center gym is currently open during business hours, M-F 7:30am – 4:30pm.
Move-Ins and Move-Outs
For incoming residents, we are still processing applications and moving new residents in! Our Leasing Teams have modified the process for those who need to include virtual walk-through’s and maximizing other social distancing measures. Preview pictures and videos of our homes on our website. In addition, when you meet with your Leasing Specialist, please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
For outgoing residents, though we hate to see you leave, we are still processing move-outs. Please contact your management office to fill out the necessary forms and to schedule a pre- and final move-out inspection. If your PCS is delayed, we are here to assist you. If you need to extend your move-out date, please contact your local management office to make those arrangements. A 30-day notice is required to vacate your home.
